How to connect the earbuds for the first time?
1.Open the package and take out the earbuds, and remove the blue film on the bottom of the earbuds.
2.Long press the two earbuds for 5 seconds, and wait for the red and blue lights to flash alternately.
3.Wait for the light of one of the earbuds to go out, and then click the bluetooth link on the phone to link to the earphone.
4.When connecting for the second time, take out two earbuds and they will be automatically linked to the phone.
Do they have a microphone?
The earbuds have microphones, it can be used for music, talk and answer calls.
Can I use each earbud independently?
Yes, each earbud can pair your device independently. If you want to use only one earbud, you can turn the other earbud off by holding it’s touch button for about 5 seconds or put it back in the charging case.
What can I do if one earbuds has no sound?
Put both earbuds into the charging case and close the case then open again, check whether the earbuds will flash with red and blue lights, if not, hold that earbuds’ touch button for about 5 seconds to manually turn it on and check if the Bluetooth pairing is succeeded.
