What CO2 cylinders/cartridges do you use for qarbo?
This is the big one. Due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to include a CO2 cylinder with the main unit. To make it easy, we chose to use standard 60 litre cylinders. Search “60l CO2 cylinder” on Amazon.
What are the qarbo Bottles made of and why?
They are made from PET and are BPA-free. Due to the higher pressures arising from carbonating more than just water, currently available glass bottles don’t meet safety standards.
How fizzy are the drinks?
Here’s the best part. You control the level of carbonation – for more fizz just depress the Injector Head a few more times
Can I fizz more than just water in a qarbo?
Yes! When we say sparkle anything, we mean anything. Juice. Wine. Cordials. Sodas. Hard Seltzers. Cocktails…yes, and even Milk.
How do you do that?
qarbo’s unique Aircharge Injection Cap allows you to slowly release excess pressure that comes from carbonating liquids other than water. Traditional soda makers only allow you to fizz water.
