Due to the system settings of Whatsapp itself, Android: only one message reminder can be displayed on the watch every day, and the specific content can only be seen by tapping into WhatsApp on the mobile phone. IOS can work normally!
2. For getting notification of your messages, please make sure the “OnWear” App is running in the background ( Go to your phone settings–>Apps –> Find “OnWear” app–> Launch settings–> Switch on “Run in background”. Note: THE WATCH CAN NOT MAKE MESSAGES, CALLS, or TEXT BACK
3. How to get it to connect to your phone?
Open your phone Bluetooth and the “OnWear” APP > Click “Connect a device” on the app to search > choose the LW31 to pair (Don’t directly connect the watch in phone bluetooth, it must connect on the app.) Please note that the maximum Bluetooth distance is 8-10 meters.
If the app can’t detect the watch, please restart your phone and also reset the watch (Turn on the watch–> Click the ”Settings” icon–> “reset”.) Then try again.
If you still can’t connect the watch: please uninstall the app and also delete the “LW31” from the Bluetooth paired list of your phone. Install the app and try again.
Attentions:
1. The waterproof function is not permanently effective, and the protective performance may be reduced due to daily wear and tear. DO NOT OPERATE THE WATCH UNDERWATER, and please wipe it off immediately after swimming/wet.
2. DO NOT use in the bath, sauna, hot spring, or other environments with corrosive liquid and hot steam, which will lead to product failure.
3. The watch’s case is made of metal (Zinc Alloy). Those who are allergic to metal should pay more attention before buying the watch. If you have any discomfort after wearing it, please take off it in time and con-tact us to return it.
4. When there is a software update prompt on the APP, it is recommended to upgrade to the latest software version for a better experience! If you have any questions, you can directly send feedback to our technician on the App (Profile – Feedback & Suggestions – Send)
5. Don’t use car USB charging to prevent the data cable from melting due to excessive voltage. Recommend charging the watch with a 5V 2A charger.
