Please install it in your smartphone first, then connect the watch to your smartphone through the app instead of through your phone’s bluetooth list to reach the complete functions.

Q: How to sync this watch with your mobile phone (Note: For Android 5. 1 and above or iOS 8. 0 and above, Bluetooth 4. 0 and above smartphones only, not for pc or tablet.)
1. Download the ‘PubuFit’ APP by scaning QR code of the manual, or search ‘PubuFit’ from Google Play or APP store;
2. Open main page of the ‘PubuFit’ APP ( TO ADD )–>connect the device named P25–>Click the ‘P25’ on your screen–>Click the ‘Confirm Bind Device’; The request for bluetooth pairing will appear in IOS system and click “pair”. Android system can be directly connected.
Q: What to do if I can’t receive the Call/Text Messages/SNS notifications?
1. Make sure the “PubuFit” app is running in background, Make sure your phone allows the “PubuFit” app to send and receive notifications (Go to your phone settings–> Apps–>Find the “PubuFit” app –>Switch on “Allow Notifications” and “Permissions”)
2. Make sure you have turned on “Push Notifications” on the “PubuFit” app (Go to the “PubuFit” app–> Device–> Click the “Push Notifications”–> Switch on all the application you need.)
Q: What to do if the watch not hold a charge?
A: Contact the seller for help (Go to Your Order–> Find the order ID in the list–> Click ‘Contact with us’)
Q: What to do if I can’t get it to connect to my phone or always get disconnected?
A: Please note that the maximum Bluetooth distance is 8-10 meters. If the watch was beyond the distance, it will cause the disconnection, you need to bind the watch to the app again.
Q: What to do if the watch doesn’t record my sleep?
