There is a tag holder in the package. What’s this for?
A Tag Holder prevents your phone from dropping when the M-BGrip is detached from your phone.
You can use it only when using a full coverage phone case with a charging port.
Please kindly refer to the manual provided for further instruction.
Does the M-BGrip have a magnet inside? Is it strong enough for my MagSafe case?
Yes, there is a 2,800 Gauss magnet inside the M-BGrip. We suggest you don’t bend or twist the main body of the product or it might damage the magnet inside. And please be careful not to shake the cardholder or it may drop the phone.
Can I use it on my phone that is not compatible with MagSafe?
You can attach our M-Plate to your phone or original Apple MagSafe iPhone cases, and you are ready to use the M-BGrip and any other MagSafe accessories.
