How to Calibrate?
Step 1
Prepare a cup of ice water .(make sure the ice water near 0° C/32°F)
Step 2
Insert the probe in the ice-water .
Step 3
When you get the final temperature.
Long-press the “HOLD/CAL” button for 3 seconds until the display shows “CALL”.
Step 4
It will be calibrated to 0° C(32°F)automatically.
Kindly note : Do not take the probe out before the digit stop flashing.
