Notes:
1. There is a protective film on the screen, please peel it off before use.
2. Please note that the small extra hole is not necessary, you can screw the 3 fixed pins according to your needs.
3. If the lock is not addable (the lock model is gray on the APP), please reset the lock following the user manual and add it again.
4. If the App or the keypad don’t work properly, please kindly change batteries, reset the lock and reconnected the PCB board.
5. The user manual might be an universal version, so it reads “not waterproof IP rated”, but actually this is an upgraded version smart lock, it can be used on front door and be exposed to direct sunlight or rain. The waterproof rating: IP45. We will update the user manual in new batches.
Important Installation Tips
1. Please make sure you are setting the corret direction for toggle button(L/R). Otherwise it will be backwards.
2. If you can’t use the APP or keypad to control unless insert a key(lock is stuck), please help to check: re-install after rotate the spindle by 90 degree.
3. Knob Direction: Horizontal for Left handle side. Vertical for right handle side.
4. If the lock is in a non-addable state (the name is gray on the APP), please press and hold the reset button and try to connect again.

1. For security reasons, the keypad will shut down for 3 minutes after 6 failed passcode fails. Mechanical key and APP Unlock can be used to unlock in this state.
2. Unlock Via keypad: Tap the password and press “#” to confirm.
3. Lock Via keypad: Press “#” for 2s. No password required.
4. The keyboard has a protective film, please peel off before use.
Important Tips for Installation:
1. Please note that the small extra hole is not necessary, you can screw the 3 fixed pins according to your needs, refer to the picture leftside.
2. Please peel the protector film off before use, otherwise the touchscreen feature could be affected.
3. If you feel that the screen is scratched and it is used, please peel the protector film off and you will get a polish keypad.
4. If the App or the keypad don’t work properly, please kindly change batteries, reset the lock and reconnected the PCB board.

Security Door Lock
Input random digits, it’s still gain access as long as the real password is entered continuously in the longer set of numbers. Strangers cannot steal your password by fingerprints or watching it nearby.
Secure Mode
Secure Mode will temporarily disable the keypad thereby blocking entry of access codes and ID card. Please note that while in Secure Mode, the lock can still be unlocked with keys or paired smartphones.
Auto Lock
It has auto lock feature which is useful in case you forgot to lock to the door. Can be set to automatically locked (5s, 10s, 30s, 60s or custom seconds) after unlocking via app.
