Product Description
Four indent eight impression crimping
The crimping tool applied force transfers through four curves in the head cavity of the right plier handle to the four indenters. The four intenders make its front-end teeth crimp the contact to complete the crimping process. The cycle assures the crimping quality of wires and contacts.
Positioners adapt the tool frame to a particular application.
The data plateon each positioner designates which contacts the positioner accommodates for its wire size and indicates selector position.
The positioner is easily removed and changed.
1. Before installing the positioner, the tool should be open 2. Remove the safety clip from positioner guide 3. Select the correct positioner for terminal crimping 4. Insert the positioner into positioner guide, push down and then rotate 90 °, until bayonet pins lock 5. Remove the spring clip from the selector knob, adjust it to the correct selector position

1.Operate the tool to fully closed working position.
2.If the “GO” gage end (Green) can pass freely, but the NO-GO end (Red) can not pass completely, it means the tool is still qualified.
3.If the “GO” gage end can not pass, but the NO-GO end can pass completely, it means the tool is not qualified
