if it doesn’t work, switch the slot you plug it into and if that doesn’t work, try plugging the second monitor in first, and then the first monitor in second.
Note
ONLY 1 output device should be active at any time. UNLESS both TVs are of the same size,then both TV will show the images when connected.
You have to plug it into your PC/Laptop/whatever your outbound is. Then plug 1 screen in and make sure you know how to configure your desktop to mirror the image, then plug in the second screen. P.S. you might hava to try this step twice.
