Our IP67 digital caliper with Absolute Origin gives you the certainty you need, with accuracy to within 5 ten-thousands (.0005) of an inch, or one-hundredth (.01) of a millimeter. It gives you four different ways to find those tricky dimensions, and no more need to struggle with tiny and inaccurate numbers on your analog caliper or other measuring device. Further, it has an IP67 rating which means it is fully protected from liquid or dust getting inside. It can be submerged in water as deep as a meter (3.2 feet) under defined conditions of time and pressure.

Easily change the battery on the IP67 digital caliper by removing 3 little screws
To change the battery, unscrew the 3 small screws (taking care to not lose them). Remove the old battery and put in a new one (CR 2032) with the + side facing up. Be sure the rubber O-ring seal is properly seated. Replace cover and reinsert all 3 screws. Properly dispose of the spent battery. (These directions are in the manual as well. If the small screws are lost, we offer a replacement kit for a nominal fee, including shipping, through our website.)
