Dark Iron Fitness wrist straps are lined with neoprene for extra padding that won’t allow the straps to dig into your hands under heavier loads. Suede is both stronger and provides a better grip than cotton for a tight hold. The lasso-style design fits snugly to the wrist unlike basic loop straps that can’t tighten to any wrist size casing instability.
Both the 2mm and 3mm thick wrist straps feature tapered edges and neoprene lining that won’t dig into your hands. 2mm may be preferred by lifters with smaller hands focusing on eliminating slippage, while the 3mm straps provide even more padding for heavier loads.
How to use:
Slip the end of the strap through the loop to create the lasso opening.Put your hands through the loop created by the lasso. Slide the loop all the way down to where the wrist joins the hand, and pull it taught.The tail of the strag should point between your thumb and index finger. Grip the bar.Pull the tail under the bar and wrap tightly over the bar toward your torso.Repeat 2-4 times (enough to cover the width of your hand)Grip the bar tightly and begin your pulling reps.
