1. Strip & Insert
Select the terminal with right wire gauge for the wires;Strip 2 wires to about 8mm;Twist and insert into splice barrel in the middle.
2. Crimp
Crimp the middle side of the terminal;Crimping tool with gauge dots is better choice for this project.
3. Apply Heat
Rotate the terminal while applying heat until it reduces in size and the adhesive flows, filling gaps within the connector;For better results, you’d better use a heat gun.
4. Seal & Done
Inspect your waterproof quality connection.Allow the terminal to cool down for use.
