This Edgestar model was engineered specifically for the safe storage of medical supplies and sensitive materials. It was designed with the ability to maintain the required vaccine storage temperature year-round and is equipped with an array of features to ensure that all contents are kept at the ideal, stable temperature. This is a replacement sku from the previous RP400MED* model with improvements including a switch to more eco-friendly, energy efficient R-600 refrigerant and the addition of a door ajar alarm.
Capacity: 4.3 cubic feet of space and three adjustable shelves mean room for a large variety and configuration of items; Temperature Range: 32 to 50°F
Temperature Alarm: A high and low-temperature threshold can be set on this unit — if the temperature goes outside of that range, an alarm will sound
Internal Thermostat: For added safety, the thermostat is located inside the unit so that only those with the key may adjust the temperature
Green Dot Hospital Grade Cord: This is ETL tested and approved for durability and conductivity
Safety Lock: Contents are kept safe under lock-and-key with the included integrated lock
