A: The Backup camera comes with a built-in battery, it is powered by the battery directly, so there is no need to connect the reverse light for power.
Q: Why my backup camera doesn’t work? Isn’t it defective?
A: Soalr1 works based on the battery, so please fully charged the battery via USB port before first use.
Q: Why does the monitor keep showing “ no signal” on the display.
A: 1) the battery died, please try to charge it; 2) The wireless transmission is around 33ft, please ensure your car is under 33ft, or we suggest you purchase the extension antenna separately to strengthen its wireless signal.
Q: Whether the monitor shows the rear view image automatically?
A: No, the monitor is activated by the button on the car charger, you can push the button at any time for reversing or monitoring.
Warmly Tips:
1.The monitor requires 12V working voltage, or it will affect the image quality.
2.We suggested you do a benchmark to check whether all components work normally before installation.
3.Please keep the USB port from the water.

Solar1 utilizes a rechargeable battery with a solar panel. With sufficient exposure to sunlight, you could use this backup camera for 6 months at least, solar panel can extend the battery’s working time and reduce the number of charges.

USB Recharge
We recommend to fully charge your backup camera kit before first use. If your car is in a parking lot, you can charge the backup camera kit by power bank（not included) or power plug with USB cable(included).
Warmly note:
When a product with battery encounter low temperature (below 0℃), the battery efficiency will gradually decrease, so it is not the battery that has a problem. To make sure the camera works great, please recharge it in time with the USB in winter.
