Spray a full range of automotive coatings, including waterborne base coat, clearcoat, solvent base color, single stage top coat, direct gloss, primer sealer, wet on wet primer, primer surfacer, high build primer, sprayable fillers and high viscosity coatings. The replaceable nozzles are used exclusively with the gravity-fed 3M PPS Series 2.0 Spray Cup System, which helps to reduce material waste, mess and contamination compared to traditional metal paint cups. Forget about tearing down spray guns and soaking in solvent. Our complete, integrated spray system is your path to smarter cleanup. The atomizing heads attach to the 3M Performance Spray Gun needle and are tightly secured to the spray gun with a specially-designed locking collar. No additional tools required for changeouts. Simply remove the nozzle from the spray gun, and either appropriately clean the fluid tip or replace it to keep your spray gun performing like new.
